For lighting controls brands

Your control app, running a real room.

BandGap puts your commissioning app beside a photoreal room, so specifiers, contractors and owners can pair, group, build scenes and wire switches and sensors before any hardware ships. We build it with you, from your app and with your approval, and host it under your name.

What you get

A working demo of your system, anywhere there is a browser.

Your app, beside a real room

Your screens and your workflow next to a photoreal space that answers every tap. Built only with your permission, and kept in step with your releases.

A sales tool that travels

Reps send a link instead of carrying a demo case. Prospects try the system from their desk, before the first meeting.

Training without hardware

Guided lessons sit on top of the room: commission, group, build scenes, set schedules. Each trainee gets a clean copy, and a reload starts over.

Fewer calls after handover

Owners and contractors practice first, so the day they touch the real system is not the first time they have seen it.

How it works

Three steps, and you approve each one.

  1. A 30-minute call

Which app, which rooms, and who it is for: sales, training, support or your website.

  2. We build your first room

From your app and your devices. You review and approve every screen before anyone else sees it.

  3. It goes live

On your website, in your reps’ hands, or both. We host it and keep it current.

What it costs

Each brand is scoped after the first call: a one-time build for your app and first room, then an annual license that covers hosting and updates. You get a fixed quote before anything is built.

Get in touch

Tell us about your system.

See the Office demo first if you have not: it runs a full commissioning workflow today. Then tell us which system you would like to see in a room.

Every inquiry is read by a person, usually within one business day.

What would you use it for (optional)

Thanks – that's with us.

We will reply from adam@thebandgap.com to set up a call.
